Abstract The stress state of a conical pipe, which is close to the axisymmetric state of an elastoplastic cylindrical pipe made of aging material, has been determined. The model of an elastoviscoplastic material takes into account the change in properties associated with aging. It is assumed that the outer contour differs little from a circular constant radius. Analytical expressions are obtained for the stress components, as well as the boundary separating the elastic and plastic regions.
Keywords aging elastoviscoplastic material, stress state, conical pipe, perturbation method
