Abstract To improve the accuracy of the operation of a solid-state wave gyroscope (SWG), a stochastic model of oscillations of the resonator edge and the output signal of the sensitive element (SE) of the SWG in the form of an "object-observer" has been created by considering the features of the dynamics of the SE output signal and the presence of broadband noise. To estimate the amplitude of the resonator oscillations, it is proposed to use the Kalman filter. The numerical simulation results illustrating the effectiveness of using the proposed method are presented.
