Abstract The issues of formation of the feedback of efficiency of the oscillation control in the Van der Pol oscillator are considered. By the control efficiency we mean the choice of such laws for the formation of feedbacks, which ensure the quickest transition of the oscillator to the stationary mode. Two types of oscillators are studied: the classical oscillator with a single degree of freedom, which performs rectilinear oscillations, and the two-dimensional oscillator, which performs plane oscillations [1]. The model of a two-dimensional Van der Pol oscillator is conventionally used to study the operation of a solid-state wave gyroscope (quartz hemispherical resonator).
Keywords Van der Pol spatial oscillator, Lyapunov constant, limit cycle, solid-state wave gyroscope
