| Abstract |
The paper provides an overview of the scientific achievements of K.I. Babenko, Corresponding Member of Academy of Sciences of the USSR, in the field of mechanics and applied mathematics, including numerical studies of ideal gas flows around a body, investigation of viscous fluid
flows, and research in the field of computational mathematics. A characteristic feature of these works
is the combination of deep analytical methods and tools and numerical solutions of specific problems. |
