Title Parametric Block Diagrams of Nano- and Microdisplacement Multilayer Piezoelectric Transducer in Longitudinal Piezoeffect

Abstract Parametric block diagrams are constructed for the multilayer piezoelectric transducer in longitudinal piezoeffect with the counter-electromotive force taken into account. The transfer functions of the multilayer piezoelectric transducer are obtained with regard to the influence of geometric and physical parameters of the multilayer piezoelectric transducer, counter-electromotive force, and external load.
