Title On the study of electromechanical deformation and stepping piezoelectric transducer characteristics
Author(s) S. M. Afonin (Moscow)
Abstract We consider the characteristics of a composite piezoelectric latch and the central composite piezoelectric transducer of a stepping piezoelectric transducer. We examine how the geometric and physical parameters of the composite piezoelectric transducer and the external load affect its static and dynamic characteristics. We obtain the transfer functions of the composite piezoelectric transducer treated as an electromechanical system with distributed or lumped parameters. We also obtain static and dynamic characteristics of the stepping piezoelectric transducer.
