| Abstract |
A statically indeterminate state of a perfectly plastic layer compressed
between rough rigid surfaces under the von Mises plasticity conditions is
studied. The cases of cylindrical and plane-parallel layers are
considered. The dependence of the limiting load on the strain is
established. |
