Title The rotation of a rigid body under the action of dissipative and random torques
Author(s) I. E. Poloskov (Perm)
Abstract The rotation of a dynamically symmetric rigid body about a fixed point under the action of a small dissipative torque and random additive and multiplicative torques is considered. The averaging method is utilized to construct the steady-state distribution density of characteristics of this motion.
