Title |
The rotation of a rigid body under the action of dissipative and random torques |

Abstract |
The rotation of a dynamically symmetric rigid body about a fixed point under
the action of a small dissipative torque and random additive and multiplicative
torques is considered. The averaging method is utilized to construct the
steady-state distribution density of characteristics of this motion. |
