Title Inertial and dissipative properties of a porous medium saturated with viscous fluid
Author(s) L. D. Akulenko (Moscow)
S. V. Nesterov (Moscow)
Abstract A dynamic model of a porous medium saturated with viscous fluid is constructed. Inertial and dissipative characteristics of the interaction between a rigid skeleton and a viscous fluid filling the pores are determined. A substantial dependence of the characteristics on the external excitation frequency and structural parameters of the medium is established. A complete analogy between the properties of porous and granular media is indicated.
