Title Generalized hysteresis characteristic of a piezoelectric transducer and its harmonic linearization
Author(s) S. M. Afonin (Moscow)
Abstract A generalized hysteresis characteristic of a piezoelectric transducer is studied and experimental and theoretical hysteresis characteristics with basic and partial cycles are presented. A generalized transfer function is found for a nonlinear link of a piezoelectric transducer with the hysteresis characteristic in the form of the basic cycle. The coefficients of harmonic linearization of the generalized hysteresis characteristic of the piezoelectric transducer are obtained. These coefficients are utilized for the stability analysis of self-sustained oscillations in systems of automatic control of piezoelectric actuators.
