Title Parametric block diagram and transfer functions of a composite piezoelectric transducer
Author(s) S. M. Afonin (Moscow)
Abstract A parametric block diagram is constructed for voltage- and current- controlled composite piezoelectric transducers based on the longitudinal or transverse piezoelectric effect. Such transducers are designed for nano-scale motion actuators. The transfer functions for the composite piezoelectric transducer utilized as an actuator for nano- and micro-motions are constructed. The influence of geometric and physical parameters of the composite piezoelectric transducer and the external load on its static and dynamic characteristics is investigated.
