Title Parametric structural diagram of a piezoelectric converter

Abstract A parametric structural diagram is constructed for a piezoelectric converter based on the longitudinal and the transverse piezoelectric effect. We describe the influence of geometrical and physical properties of the piezoelectric converter and the external load on its static and dynamic characteristics and obtain the transfer functions of the converter for a piezoelectric actuator of nano-displacements.
