Title The antiplane anisotropic problem for a punch whose edges move on the boundary of a half-space with an arbitrary velocity
Author(s) A. G. Bagdoev (Erevan)
Abstract The antiplane problem for a punch moving on the boundary of a half-plane occupied by an anisotropic elastic medium is considered. The law of motion of the punch is arbitrary. The corresponding problem for a crack was studied in [1]. Plane and antiplane problems for a crack in an anisotropic medium were considered in [2, 3]. In the present paper, the results of [1] are extended to the antiplane problem for a punch moving in accordance with an arbitrary law on the boundary of an anisotropic elastic half-plane. The displacements of the boundary of the half-plane outside the punch are determined in the neighborhood of the punch ends. The stresses under the punch and in the neighborhood of the punch ends are obtained.
